Our Baddie Return Policy

Need to return or exchange your order? We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.

Once we have recieved the item, you will recieve a store credit you can save for later or use right away that’s equal to what you originally paid.

Baddiecaddie's sleeves fit most take-out cups including Starbucks hot drinks (tall, grande and venti sizes) Tim Hortons, McDonalds & Local Coffee Shops.

We understand plastic cup sizes are universal and that's why we have tested our products, please see photos for sizing reference xx

Leather Sleeve + Acrylic chain: Simply wipe down with a cold damp cloth.

Satin Handle: Detach from leather and handwash in cold water. Hang to dry.

Caution: When purchasing a baddiecaddie product, please be mindful that these sleeves are holding hot drinks. To prevent spills and burns- make sure your chain/satin handle is free from tangles and safely secured to the clasp and leather sleeve. Double-check that your lid is secure and please avoid swinging your drink caddie to avoid spillages or potential burns.
